Your contract is directly with Evo. We provide you full access to our platform and we take care of the rest.
We set up a subscription with you using your debit or credit card, or we can arrange to collect from you by Direct Debit.
Our Hands On and Hands Off plans are on a 12 month rolling contract term. Our Hands Free term is an all-inclusive service, therefore requires a 36 months auto-renewing contract.
We can help manage the process of getting you out of your existing contract, and save you money on your maintenance services. Just give us the details and we’ll take care of it.
No, you will not incur any upfront costs, unless you take one of our special offers. We offer very generous discounts to our customers that wish to contract for longer in advance. We may provide some ad-hoc services to you which will require advance payment, however these are offered outside of our standard plans.
We carry out a detailed home audit for every property that we take under our control and provide feedback on anything that needs to be done beforehand. We also provide an annual condition report (like an MOT) as part of our Hands Off plan to ensure the property is kept in tip-top condition. We want to make sure that only the most cared for properties are listed on our platform. This insures we provide good tenants to you and nice homes for them to live in.
No, we are not a Letting Agent and do not offer a lettings service. We believe that our best work is looking after your property and tenants providing unmatched service.
We have our own general maintenance handymen in-house. We also have gas and electric experts on our board.
Specialist sub-contractors on our platform have passed extensive quality checking, are fully vetted and comprehensively insured. We fully guarantee all works instructed to Evo over and above that of our service professionals
Of course, however, in order for us to provide the best possible experience for you and your tenants we need to take a level of control. Our online dashboard is available to you 24/7 so you see everything that is going on with total transparency. Your tenants can report any issues to us, either by app or phone, and we can carry them out on a job-by-job basis, keeping you in the loop as little or as much as you like.
All our contractors are fully vetted and verified, whether employed or subcontracted. We upload copies of their identification and qualifications to the platform and jobs are matched to their skillset in their working area. Your tenants are always provided with the Contractor’s identification.
Our platform utilises some of the most advanced technology for Internet security available today. When you access our site using a supported web browser, Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology protects your information using both server authentication and data encryption. When you log in, you will see a small lock icon in the address bar of your browser display, indicating that a secure connection has been established to our server.

You contract directly with Evo as we will be acting on the Owner and Renters behalf to ensure they get the best deal and service available.
The contract is on a job-by job basis. Jobs are issued to the platform marketplace based on skill, location and time of day. These are all provided by the contractor upon registration and can be edited at any time.
Jobs are sent to the marketplace platform and will appear on your Service Provider app provided that the job meets your skills, operating area and operating time. Skills, operating area and operating times are set by you in the availability and settings area on the app. All jobs available through the marketplace are issued on a first come – first served basis.
If you have selected that you are available for out-of-hours emergency jobs they will appear on the Service Provider App. Emergency Jobs must be attended to within 2 hours of acceptance.
As per our standard terms you will be paid every 21 days from the date of payment notice. A payment notice is generated on the successful completion of each job. Upon successful completion of 10 jobs the payment schedule is reduced to 14 days.
You will be paid automatically every 21 days from payment notification, or 14 days after successful completion of 10 jobs. The payment received will represent the time worked on a job by job basis plus any approved expenses uploaded through your Evo Services App.
No, we have a rate card that we pay for each skill, area and time based on 1st hour then per minute thereafter. Some jobs are fixed price and/or fixed time; however, you will be notified of these before accepting the job.
Not only will you have access to many additional jobs in your local area, completing more jobs for us brings your payment terms down to 14 days. Along with additional jobs, our system automatically monitors all jobs on acceptance rate, success and completion time to ensure our best contractors get the most jobs. Remember with Evo our job notifications are real jobs not time wasting leads.
Part and materials used are uploaded through the app on job completion. All expenses are verified by our back-office staff to ensure compliance and protect against fraud. Accepted expenses for materials are included within your payment.
This depends on the jobs that you wish to accept. If you wish to carry out Gas works then you must be Gas Safe. All contractors must be CRB cleared and hold a minimum public liability insurance of £2 million. We also require you to upload your driving licence for identification and your bank details for automatic settlement of payment.
